Job description

Plans and coordinates office administrative activities for MEA CFO in order to guarantee maximum efficiency and quality in administrative operations, and provide suport to line management to enable them to fulfill their business goals and responsibilities.

Main Responsibility Area

Team Assistant for CFO MEA.

Position Description

 Responsible for researching and compiling special reports, presentations, organization charts, etc.
 Responsible for CFO MEA team communication materials
 Maintenance and development of CFO MEA intranet pages and content management
 Travel management for CFO MEA
 Takes ownership of all administrative matters such as PO creation, event and meeting arrangements
 Relationship management with external stakeholders
 Admin tool support

Position Requirements

 Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
 A degree in Computer Science would be a plus
 Capability to prioritise and remain calm in a hectic and stressful environment
 High ethical standards; able to manage very confidential information and projects
 Self-starter
