- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach potential customers through cold calling and prospecting
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential
- Track sales, status reports and forecasting.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Assist account managers in upsell of current clients when requested by account manager.
- Continuously build industry relationships and networking.
- Assist marketing with communication and sales campaigns.
- Contract negotiation.
- Proposal, contract and cost estimate preparation and sign off.
- Conduct handover meetings with account management team and client.
