Job Opening for Sales / Business Development with Think Media Studio

Job description

Think Communication is looking for a talented Sales Team to work on multiple global + regional names in the Media and Digital Solutions sector.

About the role

  • Sales of portfolio / solution (indoors and/or outdoors) according to the annual assigned targets, and providing excellent customer service to all clients
  • Maintain a database of clients for marketing.
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities
  • Develop professional relationships with potential partners through constant networking.
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing client requirements, budgets, and profit potential.
  • Close business deals through thorough client coordination and development.
  • Manage client expectations and internal operations to ensure the final product is delivered to a high standard and within the time frame.
  • Enhance company reputation by exploring new business opportunities.
  • Target and develop new potential clients with the Events and Interiors management.
  •  Manage key relationships and ensure recurrent business by cross sell existing services to the client portfolio.
  • Understand customer needs and assist in the development of project solutions that satisfy those requirements and provide further opportunities for the company
  • Work with and support the Sales and Marketing effort to improve customer acquisition and retention
  • Developing proposals based on team meetings and discussions
  • Support the Sales organization by providing a consultative sales methodology
  • Desired Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to sell company portfolio / solution to achieve strategic and financial targets
  • Demonstrated ability to drive, motivate and monitor sales teams performance
  • Strong sales, interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Polished individual with advanced presentation skills
  • Clear communicator with exceptional written and spoken English language
  • Must be PC literate (Microsoft packages, internet etc.)
  • Highly efficient and demonstrable numerical skills essential
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Arabic speaker would be preferred but it is not essential
  • Familiar with the roads in Dubai
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant B2B sales experience  selling  graphics, Events, Interiors , Media, Advertising, or other Marketing related services (you cannot be considered without this)
