We are now searching for a motivated and business driven person with experience in selling IPX based mobile services to a growing base of mobile customers in an international mobile environment.
The IPX and Mobile Solutions Account Manager will report to the IPX and Mobile Solutions sales team. The IPX and Mobile Solutions department focuses sales activities of IPX based services and support towards l Mobile Network Operators.
Telenor is looking to fill this position in one of our regional offices, so this role can be located in our Dubai, Singapore, Miami, Oslo, or Stockholm office.

Qualifications
Target driven mind-set, with a minimum 5 years' experience in selling mobile products with consultative/solution-based selling.
Experience with mobile interconnect and roaming solutions, Experience with either mobile roaming and an engineering background is an advantage
IP/Cap sales experience is also an additional advantage
Excellent presentation skills with a proven ability to open doors and develop business with new prospects.
Communicating fluently in English (both written and verbal) is a mandatory requirement and other languages are an advantage

Tasks
- Effective targeting of mobile operator sales prospects, and account management of existing customers.
- Able to develop business with new prospects and has a proven specialist ability on mobile interconnect and roaming services, to cross-sell a range of services.
- Maintain close relationships and review status with existing key customers through frequent visits, daily contact and customer events.
- Solidify existing market share and generate growth by identifying opportunities for further collaboration of contracted services and the upsell of new services.
- Work with internal stakeholders (Finance, Product and other technical process partners) to manage renewal cycles for services such as mobile signalling, data roaming, reporting and analytics.
- Engage in coordinated planning discussions with current customers engaging platform and solutions specialists, and product teams as support.
- Attend key industry events to represent Global Wholesale, and Telenor, towards the global Mobile Operator community.
- Providing transparent and consistent management input on sales development and account evolution (CRM; business reviews and prospect list management)
