Job description
The Head of Project Management will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT programme management including planning, implementation, and monitoring all Expo 2020 IT projects.
Main responsibilities for this role include:
- Ensure an effective approach to technology programme management, ensuring timely implementation;
- Support definition of project scope and objectives, including all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility;
- Identify and report against project milestones, address interdependencies and mitigate risks;
- Interface between internal departments, working closely with Finance regarding budgetary aspects;
- Conduct risk analysis and implementation of related measures;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- Continually monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders;
- Conduct project evaluation and result assessment.
