About the Position
To deliver a profitable business, ensuring continuous growth of the Group's Toys "R" Us business, as well as establishing a high level of customer service. Maintaining effective relationships with both the TRU organizations as well as other relevant principals and effectively managing the budgeted resources to deliver the agreed financial objectives. Ensuring that both teams are fully engaged and are receiving both regular performance feedback as well as creating an environment that encourages 2-way discussions in an open and honest way.
This role will oversee 18 stores in 6 countries across the MENA region and have 6 direct reports.
You will be responsible for:
About You
Education: Degree in business management or a related field.
Years' Experience: 15+
You will be expected to have extensive experience in retailing (15+ years), with a store operations and or buying / category management background
Skills: Business Leadership, Commercial Acumen, Managing Ambiguity, Decision Making; Resource Management (including Managing People) Setting Direction, Communicating and Influencing, Innovation & Change, Achievement Drive, Strategic Thinking, Team work, Continuous Learning, Flexibility & Adaptability, Interpersonal Skills
