We are looking for Business Coaches who are interested in starting their own Business Coaching Practice, to invest in a franchise, and join the ActionCOACH network across the Middle East including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan and Iraq.

We provide the training, systems, tools and methodologies. You use your own previous experience and our proven methods and systems to coach clients to success.
At the end of our training program, you will receive a professional certification as a Business Coach and several on-going training opportunities in addition to your own weekly coaching support sessions.

- Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities of the Business Coach
- Engages with clients one-on-one and in group settings using our extensive suite of products and services
- Uses a proven path to success by utilizing our tested business development systems, and strategies to help their clients succeed
- Delivers group coaching programs to business owners and delivers groups seminars and workshops
- Engages with clients / business owners in one-on-one coaching sessions to assist them in growing their business
- Attends our various workshops and training programs as well as weekly coaching calls while sharing best practices within our network of coaches
- Coaches and works independently with the help of a strong support system from the organization, including mentoring, IT and marketing support
- Use your own business experience and knowledge with the support of ActionCOACH’s proven and tested systems, tools and methodologies to help businesses and business owners succeed in your own backyard.
