Job description
The Director Smart Site Technology Services is responsible for the design, provision and operation of all IT systems in the Expo 2020. This includes Site Technology, Business IT and Telecommunications.
Main responsibilities for this role include:
- Develop the venue technology plan, considering the site's legacy use;
- Implementation of the venue technology plan;
- Manage outsourced relationships including strategic planning and contract maintenance;
- Test and ensure site based IT Infrastructure is delivered and optimally maintained;
- Ensure effective team management to operate the technology supporting each venue;
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data operations and development;
- Develop system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines according to stakeholder's requirements.
