Our client, a leading international marketing firm, is currently seeking a Data Analytics Director to head their business unit across the Middle East, based out of their office in Dubai. The successful candidate will need to join with the mind-set of a long term vision maintain the high standards of the company whilst insuring growth throughout the region.
The Director of Data Analytics is responsible for maintaining a motivated and skilled workforce and direct and lead activities consistent with established corporate objectives, policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of sufficient systems capability. Additional responsibilities include but not limited into designing, implementation and manage controlled end to end AB tests.
Furthermore, the Director of Data Analytics will also be accountable for operation of the Emerging Market so a strong experience in the Region will be highly advantageous.

To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, my client is seeking an accomplished Director of Data Analytics with at least 10 years of management experience coupled with the following skills and experience:
- Minimum education of a Master’s either in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent top-tier program
- A strong communicator with the ability to coach and mentor teams large scale team members
- Strong leadership, analytical and business acumen skills
- In-depth knowledge of SQL, Excel, Pivot tables, programming languages and analysis tools such as SPSS, SAS, R and STATA
- Good customer facing experience with good business acumen, with the ability to make clear decisions and influence the client
- Arabic speaker is a plus
