To ensure that the mise-en-place is in accordance with par stock levels.
To identify and report hazards and maintenance requirements in the outlet
To help control operating expenses within the standards set.
To compile the outlet roster to ensure adequate business cover within limitations
Ensure to identify and extend every courtesy to VIP’S in the outlet
To comply with the statutory and legal requirements for fire, health and safety
To develop incentive schemes for the staff
To assist in the delivery of gateway products.
To use the SOP’S as principal training tool.
Handle guest comments and complaints in line with the hotel policy
Ensure that your staff have a knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening timings of all food and beverage outlets
To ensure that you are totally competent in the use of micros and that you maintain maximum security and control of all billing in accordance with hotel policy
To maintain high level of public relations and promote all food and beverage outlets to clients.
To give full co-operation to any colleagues requiring assistance in a prompt, caring and helpful manner
To be flexible in assisting around the hotel in response to the business and customer needs.
To assist creating an environment, which promotes staff morale, encourages employees to have pride in their department and their skills ensuring maximum efficiency.
Ensure regular upgrades of the resources of the outlet
To monitor and check guest satisfaction
To maintain highest standards of Food Hygiene within the outlet
To maintain good Health and Safety Standards within the outlet
To ensure that Le Meridien Moments targets are met
To actively engage and participate in effective communications within the hotel.
To carry out any reasonable request.
To adhere to all the hotel standards and procedures at any given time.
