We are currently looking for E-Commerce Executive with atleast 5 years of experience in the same field, to Join Arabian Ranches Golf Club.Passionate and dynamic E-Commerce Executive professionals who pride themselves in online content management and provide creative solutions to manage web traffic. As an E-Commerce Executive you are responsible to assist the Marketing & Communication Team in seeking online marketing opportunities and in managing the website while bringing revenue to the property whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

Desired Skills and Experience
You should be an advertising, marketing or communication graduate with preferable experiences in a similar field. You must be a computer literate with effective communication skills, verbal and written in English and preferable in Arabic as well.

The ideal candidate will be a young, outgoing, vibrant and innovative individual. You will be able to work independently and promote at all times the brand image and market status, as well as maintain accurate documentations and accounts records on all clients assigned, while possessing following additional competencies:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure Property information is up to date on hotel’s website, GDS and 3rd party sites (Expedia / Lstminute.com / HRS / Bookings.com), including rates and promotions.
- Coordinate with the Central reservation Office the accuracy of hotel’s data and information on any new 3rd party intranet/extranet in
- Conducts own audits and action plans
- Action recommendation given by Revenue Management team and audit reports
- Optimise Pricing across the entire portfolio and e-commerce channels
- Optimise positioning, sequencing and visibility across each distribution channel
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits on the hotel’s descriptive content & images to ensure parity on all channels and integrity with brand website.
- Ensure that targets are met and e-production is increased.
- Consolidate production & reservation report utilizing all available resources such as TravelCLICK, iHotelier & PMS Opera or other 3rd party resources.
- Analyze monthly reports, set up actions & execute accordingly.
- Research all 3rd party IDS requests and source potential partnership in cooperation with Revenue Manager & director of Sales and Marketing.
- Ensure that e-strategy is met at all times.
- Intentionally shift business delivery to the more profitable distribution channels.
- Extra Search Engine Optimization and Google submission to be coordinated with a specialized supplier.
- Design of e-mailing campaign calendar (Direct Offer, Newsletter, Branding tools) for each market segment for each hotel
- Use of external database and bulk sending services if EHG Database is missing contacts for a specific audience
- Monitor the effectiveness of each campaign through report and ROI calculation
- Define online advertising plan in coordination with media buyer agency for the brand and each hotel
- Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence as well as rate position of immediate competitors.
