Opening for UI Designer with Suyati Technologies

Job Description:

• Understand and translate business requirements into design
• Receive client requirements and design the object models
• Create complex user interfaces for a variety of applications, such as computer programs, databases and websites
• Analyze, design, and specify the interface architecture for an effective user experience
• Ability to create and design amazing graphics/art assets from scratch
• Develop conceptual models, process flows, navigational maps, and strategies
• Translate requirements into interface concepts following the latest usability principles
• Create wireframes, site maps, process flows, and other design documentation
• Work with the developers and data architects to ensure feasibility of the design
• Provide insightful feedback and use your experience to improve the quality of the product and reduce the complexity of the user interface

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, graphic design or human computer interaction or in any other relevant area
• 2-3 years of solid UI experience

Skills required:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AJAX, Flash, JQuery, JavaScript,Photoshop , Corel draw, Flash, Dreamweaver and other computer publishing environments
• Knowledge of HTML5.
• Experience working in the software development environment
• Passion for graphic design, human-computer interaction and interaction design
• Strong eye for typography, color and hierarchy
• Familiarity with user research methods
• A commitment to producing quality and innovative work
• Excellent communication skills
• User Interface Design – User centered design, GUI and Web page design, prototyping, usability testing
