Opening for Salesforce.com Senior Project Manager with Cloud Concept

Job description

This is a full-time position for an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to be in charge of Salesforce CRM and business automation projects in Dubai. You MUST meet the following minimum conditions to be considered for this position:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing salesforce.com projects.
  • Certified Sales and/or Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Responsibilities
  • Oversee projects through full lifecycle.
  • Provides Business Architecture Solutioning representation in support of IT architecture activities, particularly within the CRM Sales areas.
  • Ensure that all capabilities delivered align with original business objectives, Sales, Marketing, IT strategies, and design intent.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Develop project plans.
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff.
  • Manage project budget and resource allocation.
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
  • Provide direction and support to project team.
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Follow a defined, agreed upon project management methodology.
  • Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing salesforce.com projects with at least 3 full lifecycle Salesforce.com Implementations.
  • Certified Sales and/or Service Cloud Consultant.
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Strong experience within Salesforce.com Business Analysis and Project Management
  • Direct experience with SFDC Sales and/or Service Cloud (application design, architecture and development using Salesforce.com).
  • Solid functional knowledge of Sales and/or Service functionality.
  • Good experience of designing, developing, testing, and supporting distributed, scalable, highly available applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a sourced model using onsite/offshore model, development, support, QA, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business issues into IT solutions, with a demonstrated proficiency in evolving and managing IT system/service development/compliance management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
  • Proven project leadership skills with the ability to multi-task, delegate and prioritize tasks.
