This exciting role has arisen in our property in Abu Dhabi and the main purpose would be being responsible for managing short and long term marketing communications and promotions, as well manage the implementation of marketing and brand building strategies for Jumeirah at Etihad Towers, both online and offline, ensuring controlled marketing spend and maximising ROI for each activity. Actively monitor, guide and support brand standards implementation, alignment and compliance within the SBU.

Your main duties will include:
- Execute and periodically adjust comprehensive marketing strategies and programmes, managing all marketing activities within designated budgets.
- Work with internal and external support teams to drive acquisition and retention activities to achieve hotel KPIs
- Implement and maintain efficient campaign management process to support all SBUs on an equal level
- Efficiently managing all the hotels marketing activities within designed budgets.
- Prepare sound marketing plans with relevant buy in from all stakeholders and market SBU through strategic integrated marketing and branding strategies.
- Ensure that website content for the SBU is fully updates and monitor and control external websites.
- Manage agency relationships from the perspective of advertising, graphic design, printing, promotional events and media, in an effort that these partners fully understand and maximize the value of the brands within the SBU
- Design and development of marketing materials for the SBU with the final sign off the Director of Sales & Marketing
- Ensure that Public Relations potential for all marketing communications is fully maximised through Jumeirah Group Communications team.
- Review data analytics of each marketing activity and provide useful insights back to hotel stakeholders
- Implement online and offline marketing initiatives with the key stakeholders that achieve set goals and objectives, and that measurably revenue, loyalty and NPS scores
- Ensure that signage within the SBU is assigned to the preferred supplier and within the brand guidelines, with sign off from the Director of Sales & Marketing
- Improve the marketing efficiency ratio, ROI and ROE, for marketing activities and establish campaigns which measure success / failure.
- Develop marketing strategies for Rooms, Food & Beverage. Conference & Events and Sports & Leisure/Spa through integration of loyalty programmes such as Sirius, achieving redemption targets.
- Ensure that all marketing materials, as well as menus within restaurants, lounges and bars adhere to brand standards, are maintained in the as set out, and to develop new menu design which are cutting edge, customer focuses, brand fitting, efficient and effective for operational teams and needs for the business.
- Ensure that the sales team as well as guest facing departments have appropriate levels of marketing collateral for the SBU , and are made aware of key marketing initiatives across the SBU.
- Implement and manage the process of Marketing Services Forms and processing marketing requests for all internal clients with buy in from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a brand catalogue for all restaurants, lounges and bars with guidance from the Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of Marketing - Restaurant & Lifestyle, Dubai.
- Facilitate that all photography files and artwork with original source and design files are archived in collaboration with the In-House Designer and catalogued for easy reference and use.
Desired Skills and Experience
- In order to be considered for the role, you will have gained a diploma or higher degree in Marketing and have at least 2 years marketing experience in a leadership role. It is also essential to have good analytical focus with strong and quantitative and budget management skills.
- You will be a dynamic and confident individual with good time management, prioritising, delegating and status tracking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines and lead a high performance team. You must be a strong communicator across a variety of platforms and on all levels, with strong marketing skills and well trained eye for creativity and detail. Fluency in Arabic other than English will be viewed as highly desirable.
