Job description

• Chart annual marketing calendar and budgets. Consistently drive increased conversions and new customer acquisition through online marketing channels
• Hold responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
• Frame, research and identify new digital marketing initiatives to drive growth. Lead implementation of identified marketing initiatives with a strong focus on monitoring outcomes through analytics tools.
• Translate business goals into digital marketing objectives, creating and communicating marketing targets/ briefs.
• Drive digital marketing best practices and standards within the organization.
• Provide expertise in developing and adapting strategies for SEO, PPC, SMO, SMM Re-Marketing, Email marketing, blogs.
• Overseeing the social media strategy for the company by creating and maintaining visible MySpace, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram accounts and other social media sites and digital means for marketing of brand online and creating promotion.
• Monitor Google Analytics and brand mentions, creating and tracking KPIs, identifying key trends, reporting on progress and proactively providing solutions for improvement.
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing and proven experience in delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
• Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
• Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
• 4+ years in client services, including 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing
• Experience with project management tools used for task/time/resource management
• Working experience with Paid Search (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Google Analytics, and/or Content Management Systems (CMS) as part of an overall online marketing strategy Strategic, proactive, and creative thinking – always focusing on innovative, measurable client solutions
• Strong detail orientation and ability to manage work across a variety of accounts simultaneously
• Strong desire to learn and stay on top of industry trends and developments
