Job Requirement

• Identifying new sales leads.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about the company.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections 

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and IT fluency
• Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in business development.
• University degree.
• Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations. 
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Thorough knowledge of MS package.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Excellent English and Arabic skills (written and communication.)
• Female, worked in the design industry.
• UAE based candidates will be preferred.
