About the Position:

The Assistant General Manager (same grade as a Senior Manager) will be responsible for the efficient and best in class Customer Experience Delivery, Tenant Relations and Project Management for the mall, with emphasis on quality service standards, efficient management and safety for all stakeholders.  To be key point of contact with Development Team, liaising between Mall and Project works for impending pre-launch and post operations. To act as In-charge in absence of General Manager in all respects. To manage existing income, ensuring earnings stability and identify and implement opportunities for new streams of income through the development and management of retailer relations.

The incumbent will report to the General Manager and will potentially manage a team comprising of one Customer Service Manager, one Operations Manager – Hard Services, one Operations Manager – Soft Services, and one Team Administrator.

About You:

We are ideally looking for a degree holder with a minimum of 7 years of experience in leading operations for an International mall/hospitality company/theme park. GCC experience would be ideal but not necessary.
