Primary Skill HP BSM Monitoring Tool (Lead Level)  

In-depth Knowledge of Enterprise Systems

Network Monitoring Tools (NNMI,NAS,NPS)/server management (OMI, Sites Scope, Ops bridge)

Configuration management especially on HP UCMDB, UDI/UDF

Report and analytic management using SHR and SHA.    Good understanding of  Automation/ Integration/ Orchestration especially on HP tools  

Integration skill with HP suite of application    Good Communication  

Details of HP Skills HP NNM. OVO Ops Manager or Ops Bridge        

HP NNM = HP Network Node Manager        

HP OVO - HP Open View      

HP OMi= HP Operations Manager        

HP OPS Bridge = HP Operations bridge        

HP NA = HP Network Automation        

HP SHR = HP Service Health Reportor        

HP SHA = HP Service Health Analysis        

HP UDI = HP Universal discovery Inventory        

HP UDF = HP Universal discovery full
