The Role:

Handling Accounts of key clients.

The Profile:

• Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs.
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
• Follow up with finance departments for  payments.
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.

The Essentials:

• 5 yrs. of experience in key account management.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Valid UAE Driver’s License is a must.
• Experience in selling Mobile Phones.
• Good communication skills in English. Hindi/Arabic would be an advantage.

The Role:

Sell directly to end retailers on a daily basis & achieve maximum coverage as per the route plan within the allotted territory in order to achieve the monthly sales & GP target.

The Profile:

• Achieve assigned targets by brand; achieve set productivity & margin target.
• Collect all outstanding credit prior to the due date.
• Manage the day-to-day route operations including call preparation, pricing, credit outstanding list, trade offers and other objective achievements to ensure that you have all necessary tools to complete an effective call at all times.
• Acquire complete understanding of product range and transfer knowledge/ features & benefits to ensure customers are provided with information and support as required.
• Observe and report on all significant competitive activities including price changes so as to collect market trends by brand.

The Essentials:

• Minimum Higher secondary education level.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Valid UAE Bike license is a must.
• Languages : English, Hindi. Knowledge of Malayalam is an added advantage.
• Experience in structured route planning.
• Minimum  2 years’ experience in sales.
• Age below 32 years.

The Role:

Following line manager’s instructions and sales executives’ instructions to deliver the stock to the customer as per the SOP. Deliver the stock to shops and handover the stock to the right person.

The Profile:

• While collecting the stocks from Truck, match the physical stock with the invoice stock.
• While delivering the stocks match the invoice QTY with the physical stocks and confirm to trade.
• Deliver all stock in a safe and efficient manner and deliver to trade within the agreed time.
• Handover the invoice proof (stamped copy) to store keeper once back from delivery.
• Assist storekeeper and sales representatives whenever required.
• Assist the storekeeper during stock count, surprise count and arranging stock.

The Essentials:

• Minimum Higher secondary education level.
• Basic computer literacy
• Valid UAE Bike license
• Languages : English, Urdu. Knowledge of Arabic/Malayalam is an added advantage
• Experience in structured route planning
• Minimum  2 years’ experience as a Bike deliveryman.
• Age below 32 years
