The Sales and Marketing Support Manager will be reporting to Head of B2B Marketing, and will work closely with the Marketing and the Sales Team for Yas Experience with responsibility for the implementation and execution of the B2B marketing strategy across various disciplines in partnership with Sales Partners (Tour Operators, Destination Management Companies, Hotels, Corporates, Schools, Trade and Travel Partners etc.) and to key markets to achieve (and surpass) objectives and targets. Through a close association with Customer Relationships Management, Public Relations & social media, sales and internal departments such as product packaging, revenue management and system/process, he/she will ensure integration, consistency and approval across activity and campaigns.

- Plan and manage sales marketing collateral production for and with Trade Partners.
- Assist sales team in partner meetings, gathering and assessing key markets requirements
- Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with key travel and trade partners, including Return On Investment monitoring
- Follow up with relevant creative and media agencies together with Market
- Business Development owners and local offices
- Manage promotions with Yas Island stakeholders contents
- Follow up on execution of the B2B training and any other event activities both in source markets and in Yas Island
- Manage synergy with Yas Island assets and all relevant stakeholders, including transport and destination partner
- Support and create all offline and online materials to promote and train Trade Partners
- Coordinate Trade shows and Road shows with suppliers and Yas Island assets
- Coordinate agencies and retainers both in country and source market as needed
- Work closely with Product Packaging and System and Process to ensure tailor made product offering for each of the relevant markets
Qualifications
- As Ideal candidate, you should have;
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in business, marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 5 year’s previous marketing experience, across the relevant marketing disciplines ideally; advertising, promotions, project management, online, research and analysis.
- Strong experience managing agencies
- Previous project management experience and Digital marketing experience
- Agency management and Media planning and buying skills
- Comfortable with deciphering, analyzing and reporting on numbers
- Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
- Strong organizational skills and highly deadline driven.
- A strong eye for detail and good proof-reading
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and media software packages.
- Ability to cope in a busy and challenging environment and work to fast deadlines.
- Resourceful, proactive, innovative thinker.
- Commercially astute with strong budget management and forecasting abilities.
- A natural team leader with a confident, assertive but approachable personality.
