Description:
Logistics Plans Analyst Trainer/Mentor shall TAAM ANASOC and subordinate organizations on the formulation of the Afghan budget development process (PPBE), logistical requirement documents, development of planning and logistics analysis and assessment tools, procurement of logistical solutions in support of operational requirements, and the integration of vertical and horizontal budgetary stakeholder. The Logistics Plans Analyst Trainer/Mentor will provide resource-focused presentations, assessments, reports, and other products as required to U.S. military leadership in support of ANASOC. The mentor will complete training in Core Inventory Management System Enterprise Edition (CORE IMS-EE) and will be proficient in analyzing and presenting data derived from the CORE IMS-EE system in order to assist with budget management. The mentor will review and provide input into MoD Decrees and budgetary processes and procedures as the operational environment evolves.
Qualifications:
Shall have a background in U.S. military resource management and PPBE process, served in the grade of O4 or higher, and have 2 years of experience in resource management and PPBE process at the Division or higher level.
Desired Qualifications:
Special Operations experience preferred. At least one year experience in G4 Operations Planning at the Brigade level with Special Operations experience highly desired

- Shall possess the skills to communicate effectively in both, written and verbal format. Shall be proficient with Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Applicants must be able to pass CENTCOM medical, dental and other CRC-related deployment requirements at an approved CRC. Applicants must be in possession of a current/active US tourist Passport (with further eligibility to receive – if not already in possession of – a current Afghanistan visa). If candidate is already deployed, he/she must supply appropriate documentation satisfying these requirements along with confirmation that he/she is in physical possession of government-issued PPE to demonstrate compliance with CENTCOM deployment requirements.
- Willing to work and live in Afghanistan and understand they can be further assigned to any location in Afghanistan based upon the needs of the U.S. Government
- Willingness to deploy and live on forward operating bases without regular U.S. Post/Base Exchange and Commissary facilitie
- Must possess a US Passport with at least 6 months of remaining eligibility
- Must be able to obtain an Afghanistan Visa
