Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Set work schedules, oversee food prep and make sure all comply with health and safety regulations.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
Competencies:
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) statements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Point of Sales (POS) Systems
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
