TRACCS is hiring Social Media Manager

Job Description

A Social Media Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of client relationships including development of social media strategies and management of all social media platforms mainly Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Google + and Instagram.

The applicant should be able to:

  • Plan and create content calendars, preferably in both English and Arabic, and use social media management tools like Hootsuite and Percolate
  • Develop and manage organic/paid ad campaigns
  • Create engaging content concepts for artworks and video
  • Provide advisory to clients on latest social media updates, trends and best practices
  • Identify influencers across various social media platforms
  • Fully manage social media communities
  • Create performance reports using various social media analytics tools
  • Create social media audit reports and competitor analysis

Technical Skills Required

  • Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Should be able to work with Google Analytics and other similar tools
  • Must have worked with Hootsuite and Percolate for community management
  • Working knowledge of website content management systems such as Wordpress, Joomla and Druple
  • Familiar with digital advertising concepts and ad delivery services
