A Social Media Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of client relationships including development of social media strategies and management of all social media platforms mainly Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Google + and Instagram.
The applicant should be able to:
- Plan and create content calendars, preferably in both English and Arabic, and use social media management tools like Hootsuite and Percolate
- Develop and manage organic/paid ad campaigns
- Create engaging content concepts for artworks and video
- Provide advisory to clients on latest social media updates, trends and best practices
- Identify influencers across various social media platforms
- Fully manage social media communities
- Create performance reports using various social media analytics tools
- Create social media audit reports and competitor analysis
Technical Skills Required
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Should be able to work with Google Analytics and other similar tools
- Must have worked with Hootsuite and Percolate for community management
- Working knowledge of website content management systems such as Wordpress, Joomla and Druple
- Familiar with digital advertising concepts and ad delivery services
