- Work with regional team to participate in promotions on direct channels
- Maintain close relations with Market Managers of all OTAs to gather useful insights
- Update content on OTAs to enhance shopping experience for potential guests
- Implement tactical campaigns to ensure continued business in need period
- Discover potential OTAs to be added to portfolio and optimize the existing ones
