SITA is hiring Business Consultant/ Business Analyst Airport Management Systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with account teams and customers to provide consultancy services to resolve key business issues within field of expertise.
• Develop and run structured client workshops and manage activities as required.
• Develop business cases (including cost-benefit analysis) design business architectures and business models.
• Solid Experience in Business and Technical consultancy experience in the IT & Telecommunications industry.

EXPERIENCE

• Solid Experience in Business and Technical consultancy experience in the IT & Telecommunications industry.
• Understanding of Airline Industry IT environment an advantage
• Complex Bid and Proposal Management.
• Operating at Senior levels of customer (Heads of Depts/Functions).

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• Business Telecommunications or Information Systems degree
• Consultancy Accreditations preferred (e.g. Certificate in Management Consulting Essentials offered by Institute of Business Consulting and the Chartered Management Institute).
• Project Management qualification preferred.
