Orient Planet is hiring Arabic Content Editor - Social Media

Scope of work:

• Writes the content for all social media channels.
• Produce & compile digital databank (photos and videos) to be released periodically on digitally driven channels (such as YouTube, Instagram) social media content (text, images, video), posting in Arabic and English.
• Define social media guidelines such as language, tone, and third party filters and ensure that they remain consistent with core messaging objectives
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's brand
• Ensure that all information broadcasted on social media channels complies with the brand image requirements and local culture
• Identify effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs coordinates with cross-functional teams and external agencies to build communications plans that leverage the digital and social media space.

Required skills:

• Proven working experience in social media or related field.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge Social media marketing experience.
• Working knowledge and real-world experience in planning, managing and executing social media initiatives.
• Adequate Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English and Arabic.

Required education:

Bachelors in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media or PR.
