As a System Support Manager you will be responsible for reconciliation of various systems (Maximo, Omni, Eatec, IG, Travel Box etc.) to Oracle, preparation of VAT returns, review sales incentive schemes and implement / review BI reports to General ledger and other systems. Assist in development of new systems including design and testing phases.

• Testing revenue data on a daily basis to ensure all systems are interfacing correctly.
• Investigating and solving issues related to revenue posting and data reconciliation.
• Ensuring VAT transactions are posting to GL correctly.
• Preparing VAT returns for the group and reconciling to sub systems.
• Checking Sales related incentives schemes for performances vs targets.
• Managing of EAA Fixed Asset program to ensure Farah is compliant and assets are set up correctly and change management implemented.
• Review and updating of all Finance process and forms on LOOP.
• Review of data retention policy vs current documents.
• Review of intercompany funding and payments process.
• Reconcile the intercompany charges on monthly bases and insure uniformity of data in all trial balances.
• Chair and steer committees for any new ad hoc projects suggested by Farah Finance management. 

Qualifications

• As an ideal candidate, you must have:
• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance role with a large transaction volume entity
• Knowledge of ERP system.
• Good excel skills.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Multi task skills
