Job Description
- Lead on the development and implementation of the company’s property management strategy that underpins Arenco Real Estate.
- Work in collaboration with Peers, Leadership and Customers to ensure the successful delivery of the Company Strategy.
- Lead the development of new ways of working to improve our services including the
- integration of new technology into day to day practices.
- Lead on the development and delivery of asset management, business plans and operational action plans where appropriate.
- Continually improve people, processes and systems to meet customer need, through innovative thinking, challenging existing working and management practice and being a visible change leader in support of the business aims.
- Build understanding of the factors that influence strategic property management to inform decisions on service delivery, achieve strategic targets and deliver customer focused outcomes and standards.
- Use asset intelligence, customer insight, customer feedback, management information/data and risk analysis to enable effective strategies and decision making.
- Ensure all operational services meet Regulatory requirements and deliver expected key performance indicators,
- Carrying out compliance checks for field employees for continuous improvement including call tracking, viewings checks, deal finalization checks etc..
- Develop mechanisms for the engagement of staff across the services, division and directorate ensuring effective communication by passing through instructions from Higher Management to employees in a clear way and insure participation of employees in corporate initiatives.
- Across Property and Assets and wider, lead, motivate, manage and develop the team with a focus on excellence in customer service, performance, meeting service standards,equality and diversity, value for money and efficiency to ensure that the service operates within the overall aims and objectives of the Company.
- Ensure the Company complies fully with all legal and regulatory requirements for the service area, together with preparation for new legislation which arises.
- Ensure the Employees comply at all times with Company Policies and Rules.

- Create, prepare and effectively manage the Revenue Budgets for the service area and maintain effective budgetary control and management to achieve operational efficiencies and value for money services.
- Ensure all systems are in place to provide appropriate management reports covering the strategic management of our assets.RESPONSIBILITIES DIMENSIONS
