JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for compiling dashboards, SLA reporting and MIS for the Accounts Payable department..
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Maintain, track and report on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage the role of Bank administrator and program administrator for Credit cards
- Compilation and preparation of dashboards, SLA reporting and other MIS requirements
- Preparation and co-ordination on review meetings
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts
- Maintain track and report on SoP's, training materials, process maps, SLA's, IT list and SIPOC
- Prepare routine and adhoc reports
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions
- Track running cost and integrate with processes
- Timely preparation and submission of dept budgets
Requirements
- 6+ years working within a leading organisation in a similar role
- Expert in Data analysis, mapping and process improvement.
- Extensive experience in Dashboard creation and analysis, MIS reporting and presentation.
