Operational dimension: Prompt preparation and presentation of ordered food items within the branch as well as maintaining kitchen and personal hygiene.
Financial management: Profit maximization by reducing wastage and product expiration
Working Relationships:Internal:Assistant kitchen Manager, Kitchen Manager, Branch Manager, Service staff and all 800 Pizza employees.
External: Suppliers

Principal Accountabilities
- Compliance with company standard operating systems in the preparation and presentation of food, ordering, packaging of delivery food item, restaurant hygiene and personal grooming.
Desired skills and Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a large casual dining Environment
- High School/Secondary School or 2 years' experience
- Good communication skills –Verbal preferably English language
- Proficiency in computer software systems such as Windows, Emails, MS Office(Excel, outlook, Word )
