800 PIZZA Dubai is hiring Call Centre Operator

Reporting to: Call Centre Supervisor

Operational dimension: Responsible for receiving all inbound calls on food orders as well as attending to customer complaints.

Financial management: Upselling 800 pizza products to customers in order to increase sales

Working Relationships: Internal: Operations Manager, Branch Manager, call centre Manager and all 800 Pizza employee.

External: Customers

Principal Accountabilities

  • Ensures complaint with the company operating system in handling all inbound calls on 800 Pizza orders and follow up on customers' orders where necessary
  • Provide customers with adequate information on food ordered in terms of ingredients and cooking process when required 
  • Ensure accurate encoding and punching of food orders on the POS system 

Desired skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as call Centre operator in food services 
  • High School/Secondary School or 3 years' experience as a server or waiter 
  • Good communication skills –Verbal and written preferably English language 
  • Proficiency in computer software systems such as Windows, Emails, MS Office(Excel, outlook, Word ),POS 
  • Ability to work independently
