Financial management: Upselling 800 pizza products to customers in order to increase sales
Working Relationships: Internal: Operations Manager, Branch Manager, call centre Manager and all 800 Pizza employee.

Principal Accountabilities
- Ensures complaint with the company operating system in handling all inbound calls on 800 Pizza orders and follow up on customers' orders where necessary
- Provide customers with adequate information on food ordered in terms of ingredients and cooking process when required
- Ensure accurate encoding and punching of food orders on the POS system
Desired skills and Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience as call Centre operator in food services
- High School/Secondary School or 3 years' experience as a server or waiter
- Good communication skills –Verbal and written preferably English language
- Proficiency in computer software systems such as Windows, Emails, MS Office(Excel, outlook, Word ),POS
- Ability to work independently
