Al-Futtaim Real Estate offers comprehensive services from selection of site and feasibility studies to construction and property management. The range of properties administered and leased in the UAE includes warehouses, showrooms, workshops, offices, villas and apartment buildings. Al Futtaim's warehousing complex at Rashidia in Dubai, measuring over one million square feet, is by far the largest owned by any company in the Gulf. This is used as a central warehouse for the group, stocking vast quantities of electronic goods, automobiles, commercial vehicles, heavy equipment and inventories of spare parts. About the Job:
We are seeking to hire a Facilities Manager to assume responsibility for, and ensure the efficient operation of all Engineering services, overall property appearance and all MEP service provider contract management, ensuring that all assets are maintained well and various operational costs are budgeted annually for Festival Centre.
Responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following:

Summary of completed works.
Building Finishes check.
Monthly maintenance cost of building up keep

About You:
As a Facilities Manager ; you have to demonstrate the following Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer possesses strong leadership good communication skills and Hands-on Experience in Maintenance of MEP Installations.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 5-years experience, out of which at least 5 years in Middle East in well reputed large shopping centres / Hospitalities.

About the Job:
We are seeking to hire a Facilities Manager to assume responsibility for, and ensure the efficient operation of all Engineering services, overall property appearance and all MEP service provider contract management, ensuring that all assets are maintained well and various operational costs are budgeted annually for Festival Centre.
Responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following:
- Preparation of budget, consumable, tools, cap expenditure and contract cost based on analysis of historical costs and projected expenditure in coordination with senior facilities manager.
- Present the same to management for approval and subject to approval, calendarise and administer the budget so as to ensure conformance to approved limits. Review staffing levels with management periodically to meet standards and for optimum budget control.
Contract Management:
- Coordinate with FM, procurement to Prepare MEP tender briefs.
- Evaluation of tenders.
- Setup KPI’s for MEP contract SLA’s.
- Thorough review of scope of work and adjustments for maximum efficiencies.
Asset Management:
- Review of yearly preventative maintenance schedule with FM.
- Monitor preventative maintenance schedules with FM.
- Conduct quarterly asset quality and condition checks.
- Review and approve RFA’s.
- Assist HSE inspections with security and HSE team.
- Coordinate future developments in line with retail strategy.
- Prepare and forecast any enhancements to the building through the CAPEX procedures.
- Comparing and calculating cost of required services.
- Inspection and work completions approval for FM and contractors on agreed works.
- Leading and managing MEP changes in the mall.
- Obtain 3rd party certification for all escalators, elevators with FM.
Reporting:
Prepare monthly performance reports for contractors and facilities management provider.
Summary of completed works.
