JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- The T&I Business Services Delivery Manager is responsible for integrating business, information, and technology requirements to design, build, deploy and run services for the assigned business service area.
- Collaborates with Solution Architects, as well as Business Analysts, Global Process Owners and Enterprise Technology Architects to maximize business value derived from technology investments and operating costs.
- Customer and supplier facing role, engaged in the gap analysis, remediation, service design and leading on the planning and execution of all service line transformations (changes and/or projects), service operations and client/stakeholder management Coordinates and collaborates with Functional Business Partners to understand the implications of service design and operations on operating models, with particular emphasis on Service Strategy and Service Design & Operations Processes Accountable for the full service costs and benefits analysis as well as managing requirements in the design, deploy and operations of new solutions.
- Plan, direct and coordinate demand and supply planning and maintain the Demand/Supply forecast for the assigned technology to ensure the quality and timeliness of the end to end service Policies and Procedures:
- Implement relevant policies, processes and procedures and monitor adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
Day-to-Day Operations:
- Supervise standard and complex day-to-day operations to ensurPlan, manage and monitor the delivery of the end to end T&I services for the assigned technology to ensure high quality and timeliness of the provided servicee that work processes are implemented as designed and in compliance with established standards and procedures
Safety, Quality & Environment:
- Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure services is delivered according to agreed standards and on budget
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure support in the delivery of services and portfolio projects
- Identify and manage costs related to the assigned technology to ensure proper tracking and monitoring and contribute to cost optimization
- Identify and highlight to project managers risks/issues to provide timely communication and contribute to prompt resolution
- Support in defining the business technology plans to ensure consistency and alignment across the different initiatives and programmes
- Contribute to the definition of change requests portfolio in order to develop a roadmap consistent with planned initiatives and available resources
- Manage and assign resources to the planned initiatives to ensure they are properly staffed and resource needs timely raised
- Identify and highlight to senior management risks/issues impacting the delivery of agreed services and projects to contribute to their timely resolution
- Report to senior management and relevant business stakeholders on services delivered and main performance indicators to provide accurate communication on delivered activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and portfolio architects to ensure service delivered is aligned with business needs
- Guide, lead and coach the assigned team to contribute to skill and people development and ensure high level of performance.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or a diploma (3 years).Knowledge of main project management methodologies is preferred
- Minimum of 10 years experience in relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 -7 years experience and expert skills in Project Management (team & vendor management + financial management) & Operations Management (corrective and perfective maintenance)
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Hands-on experience in designing, deploying and running SAP technology stacks (Business applications and Environments, including SAP Solution Manager) is required.
- Hands-on experience Cloud solutions and (high level) architectures
- Knowledgeable in high level Integration Patterns Cloud versus On Premise
- Business Understanding skills - Excellent
- Leadership skills - Advanced
- Project management skills - Excellent
- Relationship management skills - Excellent
