Job description

The purpose of this position is to:

1. Specialize in implementing Incentive compensation business, system and operational requirements on the ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) platform/ system (Callidus TrueComp) to process and compile assigned company commissions and incentives

2. Review, design, test and implement all incentive schemes in appropriate systems and infrastructure while ensuring accuracy, integrity, timely delivery and historic reporting.

3. Provide specialist skills to Sales, Marketing, HR, IT and Internal Finance regarding all Incentive Compensation end to end processes while creating and enhancing performance (Sales).

4. Provide insight and value added analyses on scheme design, sales performance monitoring KPI’s and financial performance/ reporting to Finance. The same is used by sales, marketing and finance to set targets and budgets and provide performance insights.

5. This role is responsible for carrying out day to day ICM System Operations as well as detailed end to end and functional System UAT, R&D, data integrity checking, configuration and requires a professional with sound IT system configuration and database systems background

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:
 5-6 years’ experience in IT System/s configuration, SQL reporting and analysis
 Excellent understanding of IT systems, business environment, budgets, sales targets & forecasts, promotions, etc
 Strategic thinker with numerical, statistical and problem-solving skills
 Ability to lead the development and if applicable execute the development of Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL and Oracle-based reporting and analysis tools
 In-depth knowledge of statistics, reporting systems and programming/query languages (SQL, VBA, Oracle etc)
 Understanding of data analysis and data structures, database software and management
 Understanding of Sales Environment, both Consumer and Indirect
 Exposure to and involvement with commission for Staff and 3rd parties
 Has worked with commission in a sales environment previously
 Experience from working within a retail and/or distribution environment a plus
 Hands-on experience from working with Oracle or other enterprise ERP solution a plus

Minimum Education:
 Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences/ Engineering or Business Administration & Information Technology
