Based in either Dubai or Beirut, the SEO Manager creates and launches SEO campaigns, understands the impact of the larger picture and of SEO’s impact in the digital equation. They have the ability to coach and lead a team of performance executives to drive SEO for clients, serve as a direct support to the HoD on aspects of SEO and are responsible for improving a company’s organic search results.

Job responsibilities:
- Work to design, test, analyze, optimize and scale SEO campaigns leveraging own experience, successes and industry trends.
- Develop and drive SEO strategy with a focus on increasing keyword ranking, prioritization & new traffic opportunities.
- Ability to put together audits that are relevant to the onsite and offsite SEO levers.
- SEO campaign management, ranging from day to day tasks (keyword reporting and performance, competitive analysis, site audits, content audits, etc.) to defining and implementing strategic components (SEO reviews, user analysis, keyword targeting models)
- Project manage SEO campaigns on program websites from conception through execution to analysis.
- Collaborate with team to leverage data in order to deliver insights about SEO.
- Report on SEO initiatives to project stakeholders with regular insights.
- Keep up to date on current SEO/SEM strategies through continuing education, seminars, subscriptions and self-study.
- Achieve client business objectives, helping them understand what is realistic, what obstacles may prevent them from achieving them, and what opportunities exist to expand beyond their goals
- Develop and maintain client relationships; attend, present and provide counsel at all significant agency-client media meetings.
- Liaise & confer with outside creative advertising agencies and marketing teams to establish media goals, objectives and strategies and provide leadership when necessary in developing, negotiating and implementing creative media solutions
- Produce a cohesive media plan that includes communications goals and brings together different buying disciplines for integration across media channels, informed by research or insights and taking into account the channel contact plan or client brief
- Ensure the appropriate and detailed media mix for plan implementation and manage final budget allocation by medium and aid in the associated booking, billing and account management
- Act as a key liaison among various media groups that contribute to the overall media plan development process, the implementation and stewardship of all components of the media plan and ensure all media deliverables are met on time
