Opening for Senior Manager Customer Marketing – Retention with OSN

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to understand churn and manage the customer's life-cycle to minimize outflow value, churn and disconnections. This role should plan, drive and support tailored retention initiatives in the company, including proactive management, reactive management and win-backs. This includes end-to-end accountability from data-mining, modeling, campaign execution and results management, leveraging all other areas in the organization. Furthermore, this role should bring customer-centricity to different layers of the organization and coordinate service delivery, working closely to minimize customer complaints and dissatisfaction triggers.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience required:

  • +7 years of relevant experience
  • Retention Management: the ability to perform damage control with segmentation and offers
  • Customer Life-Cycle Value Management: pre-empt churn and proactive management
  • Campaign Management: organization of multiple activities under one tool
  • Customer Experience: ability to drive retention by communication
  • Education requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Analytical proficiency
  • Articulate clearly the implications of analysis and insights
  • Good understanding of customer service
  • Campaign execution and roadmap planning
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a good understanding of the big picture and business strategy
  • Create examples, prototypes, demonstrations
  • Able to influence cross-functionally
