Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to develop advanced analytics, behavioral/prediction models and segmentation exercises/lists to support the three pillars of Customers Marketing: Experience, Revenue and Retention. This role will be responsible for transforming data into insights, delivering business analysis, result , algorithms and models according to best-in-class data processes.

Experience required:
- +5 years of relevant experience
- Customer Database Management: the integration of data from scoping, mining to insights
- Statistical analysis: to understand and work around possible limitations in models
- Predictive modelling: predict future outcomes and behavior
- Hypothesis testing: being able to develop hypothesis and test them with careful experiments
- Education requirement:
- Bachelor's degree
Knowledge & Skills:
- Have a good understanding of business processes
- Work in a dynamic environment and manage large quantities of data
- Ability to query databases and perform statistical analysis
- Develop or program databases
- Create examples, prototypes, demonstrations
- Able to work autonomously
