Job description
As a Business Analyst for Sales, you’ll play a key role as part of the Business Development Team, acting as the analyst for sales business performance. You’ll provide insights to assist the department Management team in identifying issues and areas to focus on in supporting sales development and optimising department performance. You’ll use MS Excel and Sales IT systems to consildate and generate reports, and support the monitoring and achievement of KPIs. You’ll aslo play an integral role in the Sales Incentives scheme.

To be successful, you’ll have sound commercial awareness, and will exceed in the following requirements:
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot, vlookup, complex formula), MS Access, with experience of sales IT systems (SAP), and competency in MS Office
- At least two years’ experience in a commercial analytical role (sales, product pricing, marketing)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze complex data
- Highly numerate with the ability to work quickly with numbers
- Understanding of the Freight Forwarding industry (experience in Global Freight Forwarding or Logistics)
- Good communication skills, fluency in English – verbal & written
- Good team working skills with the ability build relationship with diverse stakeholders
- Hold a degree in a Business related subject (preferred)
