We are seeking versatile candidates who can develop, coordinate, and manage marketing activities aligned with firm’s strategic plan to market the firm internally and externally to clients, staff, vendors, and the general market to increase brand awareness. Candidates who can create and find content to demonstrate the abilities of our legal professionals and communicate with our social media followers on emerging legal issues in the MENA market.
General skills and Qualifications required:
Language: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
Education: Bachelor degree in marketing, public relations, communication or relevant field is essential.
Technical skills and abilities: Knowledge of client development and marketing strategies in the professional services industry; excellent presentation, editing, and proofreading skills; project management and computer skills including advanced knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint are essential.
In this role, you will need to be self-motivated, efficient, organised and a good communicator who can be flexible. We seek team members who can maintain a pleasant and outgoing personality, even under pressure.

Experience: 3-5 year experience in marketing or business development. Experience in a law firm or professional services firm.

We are seeking versatile candidates who can:
- Develop and implement marketing programs that complement the firm’s strategic plan to maintain the position as a leading IP service provider in the market;
- Coordinate the development of the firm’s marketing material such as practitioner profiles, presentations, and so on, and keep them up to date;
- Manage the process and content of the firm’s web site, social media networks, article publications, blog posts, and advertising;
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the legal market and identify opportunities for direct marketing efforts aligned with the firm’s expansion strategy;
- Support practitioners in their business development efforts by generating leads and collecting market and industry intelligence;
- Assist with the development of proposals and RFP responses, and follow up with relevant Practice Group Heads, Partners, and practitioners on outcomes and track proposal success rates;
- Identify professional and trade associations with which the firm should affiliate and manage those relationships; and
- Participate in the development of the budget for the Marketing department in conjunction with the head of the People & Communication department and the head of Finance & Accounting.
