Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Supporting the Reebok Brand Activation team in the following areas: brand communication, sport marketing, events and trade marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support with coordination of the social media agency
• Support with coordination of the PR agency (calendars, seeding)
• Support the organization and coordination of the sales meetings (showroom schedule, follow up on the attendees, brand day organization)
• Assist with planning and implementation of UAE based events,
• Assist with the partner promo kit ordering and delivery process
• Assist on a day to day basis with the management of Reebok fitness partnerships and event across the MEA region
• Support with Store data updates presentation
• Coordinate with suppliers and follow -ups on campaign launch
• Assist with campaign reports and feedbacks
• Assist brand team remotely while they are away during market visits.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Planning and organizing
• Must have a passion for fitness
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under time constraints
• Good MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) knowledge
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree or Diploma in Business and/or a minimum of 1 year or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales, Marketing or fashion
• Fluent in English
