Opening for Client Partner with Facebook

Facebook MENAP is looking for the highest caliber executive to spearhead the company’s strategic relationships with Telco & Auto clients. The candidate must have senior executive contacts across the region’s largest companies, extensive media knowledge, great communication skills and the ability to deliver high-end deals. Success in this position will require a proven ability to reach and influence executive level clients, close new business, grow existing and provide holistic marketing solutions. This full-time role will report into the Head of Auto, Fin-Serv, Telco & Travel and be based in Dubai.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive Facebook MENAP's Telco & Auto strategy and develop the overall customer proposition in the short, mid and long term
  • Develop and broaden high-level collaborative relationships, including understanding and identifying contacts that manage multiple budgets, (brand, DR etc.) and close large deals with up to 40 major brands
  • Prospect and penetrate client, media and advertising organizations to obtain branded advertising
  • Develop and execute strategy to ensure growth and achievement of key accounts (regional/national) and revenue objectives
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing the pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts
  • Drive the highest levels of client service and improve relationships and process
  • Build and maintain senior level clients by identifying incremental and business transformation opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal, cross market/regional teams to ensure product improvement, transfer knowledge, improving process/client relationship
  • Actively participate in the MENAP leadership team and global teams where appropriate, embracing company culture, mission, and strategy
  • Partner with other vertical teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives - developing work plans, synthesizing market related data, leading analysis and defining the overall business approach
  • Serve as an industry thought leader in social media and digital advertising in order to drive vertical and client success leveraging Facebook’s ongoing product and technology developments
  • Act as the spokesperson for Facebook at relevant industry events

Requirements

  • Personal network in place with regional C Level executives in Telco & Auto industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business related subject is preferred
  • 10+ years relevant experience in marketing, sales and management
  • Proven and consistent track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies and delivering sales targets in excess of company expectations
  • Experience working with and knowledge of Telco & Auto verticals
  • Deep understanding of television, Internet and other media advertising
  • High caliber sales and marketing professional with experience working across multiple geographies
  • Results and detail orientated with a very hands on approach
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem solving/decision making skills
  • Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
  • Strong passion for Facebook and our mission
  • Fluency in English, Arabic an advantage
  • Ability to move fast, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic, quickly-changing environment
