Due to the recent expansion of our activities in the GCC, we are currently recruiting a Business Analyst to join our Dubai based Team.
Your main responsibilities will be :
Deep analysis of diverse type of data coming from all type of sources, channels, customers interactions, usage, etc, propose actions plans and campaigns to improve business customer processes: acquisition, upsetting/cross-selling, retention, loyalty, etc.
You will need to understand very well the data/outputs, structure them in clear reports for managers to take decisions, propose and deploy action plans and campaigns, and close the loop, measuring and tuning them in a continuous excellence process.

Additional details:
- Determines operational objectives by studying business functions and vice versa; gathers information and evaluates output requirements and formats.
- Prepares detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trend
- Builds a return of investment model and structure . Can drives out the definition of detailed business cases and key parameters to measure the value provided to the business.
- Has the required techniques and skills to define the business case and return in investment for any product against scope and requirements during the products lifecycle constructs workflow charts and diagrams; studies system capabilities.
- Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications. make or suggest a more efficient model and work flow process
- Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
- Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation;
To apply to this role you must have the following experience :
- Minimum of 7 years related experience BE/MBA Qualification
- Currently working for consultancy firm is a plus ( Mckinsey,Bain etc..)
- Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with both technical and financial personel
- Understanding of business transformation programmes lifecycle
- Ability to work and create structure in complex and ambiguous situations and respond flexibly in time sensitive situations
- Background in Telecommunications, having worked in Customer Lifetime/Value management, campaigns management, and CRM processes.
- English mandatory, and french/Arabic desirable
