Key Accountabilities
- Develop and Implement Suite of Statistical Model for FGB Consumer Banking Business.
- Building Activation, Acquisition, Usage, Retention, Cross Sell, Upgrade , Life Time Value Model and ensure successful implementation of same across business lines.
- Drive customer segmentation and Client value preposition development across CB Client segments.
- Initiate and Lead marketing research to understand Market Clusters and tailor made offers accordingly.
- Establish analytic standards and procedures and MIS framework within the Consumer Banking business units to drive overall Consumer Bank Performance.
- Work closely with business segments within Consumer Banking so that they can leverage the power of analytics capabilities and turn analytic insights recommendations to support customer acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell, retention and win back.
- Using Predictive Analytics to develop statistical models – propensity models (acquisition, cross-sell, usage, inactivity, retention etc.), revenue models and actionable customer micro-segmentation.
- Perform quantitative analysis to design portfolio strategies and used champion-challenger approach to implement the strategies across different phases of customer and product life cycle.
- Identify opportunity for cross-sell, up-sell, and retention for Consumer Banking customers and work with business units to design and launch high impact campaigns.
- Monitor and track the campaign performance results and perform campaign performance analysis.
- Work closely with Product and Segment Managers to develop pricing strategies at product/ customer level. Perform pricing analysis including elasticity analysis to develop a value based pricing framework.
- Provide analytical support to credit policy team to perform was-is analysis, identify opportunities for credit policy revision, design and conduct champion-challenger analysis on test programs.
- Collaborate with digital transformation team to launch data driven campaigns to successfully migrate customers to new digital platforms
- Collaborate with IT and Strategic Projects teams for successful development of a CRM roadmap and work with Consumer bank business to adopt the best practice CRM framework by developing analytics solutions (Next best action, segmentation) across sales, marketing and services.
- Develop MIS dashboards to represent the portfolio summary and key insights to senior management in easy to understand visual mode.
- Partner with IT to design and enhance a 360 degree single customer view data mart for retail customer to perform customer centric quantitative analysis and help the bank in designing customer centric strategies.
- Lead and mentor the team of analysts to establish a high performance unit.
- Establish and maintain excellent inter-department communication so that roles, requirements, dependencies, decisions, and work processes are clearly articulated and understood.

Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Business, Mathematics, Statistics or related field) is required. Advanced degree (Masters) is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible experience in retail banking analytics where both professional and management capability have been clearly demonstrated.
- Extensive expertise and/or demonstrated experience with business intelligence tools, designing, reporting and delivering analytical solutions; data management and the strategic use of information.
- Experience must include strong skills in research, analysis, campaign management, propensity modeling, gating and attrition models.
