Hiring Marketing Executive - AE-DU-Dubai

Job Summary

The Marketing Executive will report to the Regional Marketing Manager and be responsible for driving and implementing marketing programs for Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Candidates must be fluent in English, French and Arabic.

The successful candidate will be tasked with building strong relationships with local sales and global marketing team to execute on marketing plans, identifying and exploiting opportunities to increase the company’s mindshare, and increase Forcepoint market share. They will act as the main point of contact for the sales organization and will contribute to achieving regional quarterly marketing objectives, develop and implement the regional quarterly plan, effectively manage the budget, and be held accountable for achieving agreed pipeline goals. This person should be able to react quickly to sales needs whilst ensuring corporate/EMEA requirements and guidelines are met.

The successful candidate will have experience in marketing in the IT industry and an ability to work in complex, fast changing environments. They should have experience of implementing marketing programs with clear understanding of the Two Tier Channel Sales Model, providing marketing support to and through channel/distribution, as well as to end users directly.

This role requires a team player that demonstrates a business and results oriented approach, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong campaign execution and events experience, and ensure clear outputs to drive and strengthen Forcepoint market presence in this region.

Essential Functions

  • Execute on the marketing plan for MENA, to meet marketing and business objectives, ensuring buy in from local sales team
  • Implement effective and cohesive marketing and communication programs tailored for the region, both direct and through the Channel
  • Keep the regional sales teams informed on marketing campaigns and liaise on new ideas to generate leads to build pipeline together
  • Execute on the Go-to-Market plans with a hands on approach to program, campaign and event management, including logistics
  • Work alongside the regional channel sales managers, supporting plans to and through the channel partners; develop and implement incentive programs and campaigns to support sales activities
  • Support product launches and new solution initiatives targeting end user customers
  • Drive the communication in the region, working closely with sales, the central corporate communication team and the telemarketing team to ensure maximum brand awareness
  • Proactively manage the marketing budget
  • Pro-actively manage the MDF (channel marketing) budget for the region
  • Compile and provide regular reports on regional marketing results (direct and channel), including lead generation and budget spend

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related experience
  • Experience of executing against marketing plans to meet business objectives
  • Used to working closely with Sales
  • Proven marketing/sales related experience in the IT industry
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM system
  • The ideal candidate should speak fluent English, Arabic and French
