Experience :  At least 9 to 10 yrs of experience in the relevant technologies and 2 to 3 years as a team lead

Soft Skills :  Excellent verbal and written communication, Good in client communication , Good people skills

Hard Skills:

Must have :    Node JS, Mongo, AWS, ES 6, Javascript

Nice to have :   Grunt, Mocha with Chai, Sinon, Promises (Q), Linux Cent OS

Responsibilities:

·         Client communications on a daily basis

·         Designing  complex modules and get involved in architecture design

·         Code reviews and ensuring that code quality and standards are always met as per the client expectations

·         He would be a TL for a team who does not have a manager and hence having good people skills is also very important

·         Working along with Jr. devs and testers and helping them in executing and strategizing their work
