Candidate MUST BE
The consultant will work with clients to implement solutions around Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM. Individual will be responsible for client relationship, project management, risk management, up/cross-selling, and the successful deployment of high-quality deliverables. This will include analyzing client business processes and related situational information and then expertly delivering and training CRM solutions and strategies. This position is 70% business / 30% technical and requires project management, analysis, and training skills.

Candidate MUST BE
- Certified Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud or competitive products (Emarsys, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, ExactTarget)
- At least 2 years of digital marketing/strategy consulting experience
- Excellent Business Acumen and Communications

Desired Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business/MIS)
- Demonstrated ability to manage client projects in the delivery of business consulting and systems development
- Excellent analysis skills with proven ability to design and optimize business processes
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Must demonstrate a strong ability and initiative to learn
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or competitive products
- Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or Certified Email Specialist
- Candidates seeking either full time position.
- Strong candidates that require little support will have the greatest chance of obtaining position.
- Demonstrated leadership, team oriented, and management skills
- Ability to travel (20-40%)
Requirements
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communication teams in our clients to execute Marketing and CRM strategies, including customer journeys and ongoing nurturing using Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing)
- Develop and implement marketing automation in Marketing Cloud (Social Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Social Hub)
- Understand and establish connections between Marketing Cloud and Sales and Service Cloud
- Continually enhance customer experiences using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud automation
- Troubleshoot issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, tracking and other aspects of email execution, as required
- Develop and coordinate social media marketing activities related to promotion of campaigns and thought leadership
