Our client, a global insurance organisation, is seeking a Business Analyst to be based in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

• Conduct Requirement workshop/sessions with the Business Team and prepare business requirements document
• Prepare requirements specification/solution specification document and co-ordinate with vendor for development 
• Propose suitable solutions to the requirements of business
• Assist Project & Senior Program Managers in the delivery of key strategic initiatives
• Support the execution of Business projects  (follow up, minutes, tracking, & etc.)
• Document key business processes using flow charts, as directed by the Project Managers or Program Manager
• Contribute with ideas and suggestions to the implementation of customer-centered processes
• Define and assist in implementing improvements identified during a project, in close partnership with process owners.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Minimum 2 years experience in handling P&C and Non-Life insurance
• Sound knowledge of the insurance business, insurance accounting and current market

As Senior Information Security Specialist, you will be performing security testing for applications (web/mobile) security functionality and resiliency from attacks. You will also conduct and/or support authorized internal/external penetration testing and vulnerability assessment on network/infrastructure assets.

You will also perform technical (evaluation of technology) and non-technical (evaluation of people and operations) risk and vulnerability assessments of relevant technology focus areas (e.g., local computing environment, network and infrastructure, and supporting infrastructure). You will prepare audit/assessment reports that identify technical and procedural findings, and provide recommended remediation strategies/solutions

Our prestigious client is looking for a Business Analyst based in Basingstoke, Unted Kingdom for a 6 month contract.   The role will be responsible but not limited on overseeing the implementation of the new system and adherence to business needs including data migration by collaborating with Data Mapping and Data Cleansing. We need someone who has the following skills.  

Minimum of 5 years of business and systems analysis experience
Experience of working on projects using the SaaS model and support services to the relevant IT teams
