Reporting to the Consumer Sales – Team Leader, as a Benefits Analyst you will advise inbound prospects who have expressed interest in health insurance in the UAE. You will be responsible to help clients compare, buy, and use their health insurance with Bayzat Benefits. In your role, you will also act as a liaison between prospective clients, and the insurance companies.

As a Benefits Analyst you will be responsible to communicate our vision to customers and to deliver maximum revenue potential while ensuring a world class broker experience. 

What will you be doing?

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of health insurance products and options within the UAE
  • Help clients’ understand how health insurance works and educate them on the different options
  • Evaluate and highlight features in the plans and make recommendations to prospective clients based on the benefits required
  • Proactively identify and resolve prospective customer issues to drive conversion
  • Proactively communicate via telephone and email to answer any questions and guide clients through the application process
  • Provide excellent customer service and look for ways to enhance the client experience
  • Consistently meet or exceed defined monthly sales objectives
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and effectively collaborate across departments

What are we looking for?

  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a quota carrying sales or account management position dealing with client qualification, expectation setting, and deal negotiations
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator via ALL channels (Phone, Emails, SMS)
  • Obsessively organized and detail oriented
  • Competitive and hungry to be the best

L'Oréal is looking for Compensation & Benefits Analyst

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

COLLECTING DATA

  • Develop and analyse local surveys and metrics.
  • Conduct data analyses, such as regressions, factor analyses, etc.
  • Integration, validation, and publication of headcount and personnel costs in HR systems in accordance with Group standards.
  • Performs the monthly trend analysis, and collect data to feed HR dashboards and answer requests from WFA and SWP team to find relevant information.
  • As the local referent on HR analytics and workforce planning, ensure support to local HR team and business managers on these matters.
  • Identify and inform the relevant HRD of risks and opportunities.
  • MAXIMISING HR EFFICIENCY (LOCAL BASIS)
  • Ensure local implementation of SWP initiatives, through local analysis, local adaptation of workforce plan (qualitative and quantitative, actions plan) and actions deployments according to local needs, with the support of related HR experts (recruitment, learning & development, career management, etc.)
  • Ensure local analysis on Total personnel costs and suggest cost-optimization based on optimization based on local business awareness (ensure the simulation for small countries).

COMPILING HR DATA

  • Play a pivotal role in executing and measuring the effectiveness of global HR policies on a local basis, which will include identifying issues, forming hypotheses and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and dashboards.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives and influence local HR team and business managers to take action on those findings.

Essential Requirements

  • Economic/finance/HR bachelor degree holder
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge in Excel-PPT-Word
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Ability to deliver numerical data and identify risks

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in C&B
  • 1-2 HR experience in general
  • Has experience with HR policies and job description
  • Certified Mercer and/or Towers Watson
  • Has extra curriculum or acquired additional certification in HR
