- Procuring IT requirements by taking internal approvals and liaising with vendors
- Documenting and maintaining records of end user issues, network issues, support and vendor communications, and hardware/software orders and shipping
- Entering and maintaining information in a database format to address budgeting, software compliance & inventory and vendor contracts
- Troubleshooting basic end user questions and problems
- Providing basic user support as needed
- Responding to requests from end users, managers, developers, and team members for specific IT Software Asset Management data information
PROFILE
- 2-4 Years of relevant experience
- IT Asset Management and Service Desk Tools experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- File Management
- Knowledge of inventory control for the purpose of ensuring that necessary equipment and replacement parts are always on hand
- Strong communication skills and personality
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High level multi-tasking & ability to meet timelines
