TPConnects is looking for JAVA / J2EE Software Engineers

Experience Required:

• Minimum 4 year with BTech/BE
• Experience in Server Side Java, J2EE, JSP/JSTL, Servlets, JAXB, JAX-WS, EJB, MySQL, JUnit, and Tomcat are all required.
• Experience with JSON, SOAP, Rest, XML and XHTML
• Experience with the following is a plus: GIT, Maven, node.js, and backbone.js

Skills and Knowledge:

• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
• Strong software development skills using Java and web application technologies in a service oriented architecture
• Background with Open Source Frameworks – Spring MVC, Spring Core .XML, Integration with SOAP and RESTful Web Services, WS security
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and formulate recommendations
• Understanding of the Agile software development methodologies
• Ability to work on multiple efforts simultaneously
• Ability to lead a team of developers and collaborate with others
